I would like to say my stress levels eased when I got my BFP but they didn’t as I always found something to worry about when everything was fine. I honestly didn’t do anything special. I kept a healthy diet but at the same time if I wanted a treat I had one. When I did feel queasy for me eating little and often helped. I did have a couple of times of brown blood early on and it was absolutely fine and was reassured by my midwife. In terms of symptoms it’s the same advice I give when people ask about 2ww symptoms. Mine was symptomless for the most part so remember this is your journey and It may not be similar to the next person. What few symptoms I had dropped off and come back again for a bit but from about week 7 they went and never came back. When I went for my first scan I had completely ruled myself out and was honestly shocked when I heard the heartbeat because of the lack of symptoms/ light spotting and cramps.
I wish you a very happy and smooth pregnancy. Just take each day one at a time and enjoy it xx
Perfect. Thanks for sharing your real experience. So its better to continue with the balanced diet. I will call my clinic tomorrow and will see n share what is next.
No worries lovely. My midwife said that if you do get sickness just to eat what you can keep down. Like I say I wasn’t ruled by healthy food all the time I did and still do have my treats. It just depends how you feel and if you go off some of the things you Normally like xx
