Has anyone on here done seed cycling? I did it for the first time this month (and haven't changed anything else) and have had practically no period pains and I started my period 3 days earlier than normal. I'm normally 32-33 days, like clockwork and today will be day 29. I've been logging my periods for 2 years, since we have been TTC and this has never happened! I can't think it's spotting this morning as I don't do that either normally!
Very interested to know people's experiences of the powerful little seeds! Thank you.
