I would ask them to go through them with you for clarity.

They have provided a gauge for where you should be in your cycle plus the ‘age’ you are at ‘fertility wise’ in regards to your amh.

Looking at that, you were at the beginning of your cycle.

Your prolactin levels are high as there is range next to it and your score is above the guide.

You amh is on the low side (7.9- if I’m looking at the right bit!) with ivf drugs I guess they can help with that.

But I’m not an expert your best speaking to a doctor x

Ok so your AMH depending on age is a little low but this is just guidance for the protocol your clinic would put you on drugs wise. Your prolactin is too high. I also noted your thyroid (TSH) is a little on the high side, you'll be told it's fairly normal but for conception it should be under 2. I had issues with this but treating my thyroid with 50 of Levothyroxine helped reduce my prolactin too. The other ones are a bit more difficult as they are dependant on where in your cycle you have them taken but the reference range is there for this. Hope that all makes sense. Main things to fix are prolactin and TSH.xx

Hi, A comment on your prolactin here, as I've had that issue all along. It is high, but not too much. I was on about 1000 and my endorsed didn't think it was too bad. I was told that once it was in the normal range there would nothing stopping me from getting pregnant. It wasn't quite like that. I got my prolactin in the normal range, but it was still at the top of it, so even though I started ovulating, I spotted a lot. I got pregnant twice naturally and both times miscarried. I am convinced that it was due to the impact of prolactin on low progesterone... That been said, my endocrinologist never supported this theory ...

Good luck. If of any help, your results are quite similar to what mine looked like when I started my journey. Once I controlled my prolactin, I went through IVF and had a little one.

Thank you! I am going to my GP tomorrow hopping to get some help. As my TSH is high as well ( for conception) they might be linked. I will definitely do a day 21 test as well as I have a feeling my progesterone is low. Had fibroids removed and have a shortish Luteal phase. Congratulations on your little one! X
