Help! blood 5dp5dt

So not that long home and some blood has appeared in last hour. Only a very very small amount but like i say it has only started. My body temperature has been really high since yest and this always happen just before my period. Called the clinic but had missed them and they were closed. Called the clinic out of hours/emergency number (maybe a little dramatic but its just started so want to know what i should do if it gets worse later in the evening and figured best to do it when he's not that long off duty) and left a message but havent heard back. Anyone else experienced this and did their clinic ignore it or prescribe something?

In my experience the clinic told me to just continue taking medication, they didn’t increase the dose x

Thanks im not taking any though. I am on flare protocol with gonal f and was given 8 clicks of ovitrelle on same day as transfer for "implantation support" i still have the rest of the ovitrelle pen and doc said i could take 8 more clicks if i want as wont do any harm but its up to me and would mean i cant test early as it could give a false positive. He said i should tell nurse of otd as well. I dont know whether i should just wait to see if it gets worse 1st.
