I’ve done natural modified which is where they just give you a tiny boost and aim for just a couple of eggs. Have a read of my posts x

Hi Purplewitch18, I think it depends on what your issue is as to how well a natural cycle would work for you. I’m currently in the middle of my first every natural cycle and so far (🤞🏻) things are going much better for me than before. I have regular cycles but my issues has always ever been my thin lining. Crazily, with no medication intervention, my lining is getting as thick as it’s been before. I’ve just detected my LH surge for ovulation so will be calling the clinic today to arrange transfer. Any other specific questions feel free to ask! Xx

Thankyou for your reply Abbey. We had a consultation yesterday and with my situation natural or mild or modified natural would be best for me. Ive just read up on public opinion on it which isnt very posative and so it would help me to make a descision if i knew of some actual experiences good or bad.

The main thing putting me off conventional ivf is the drugs. I dont want my cycles surpressed. Ive had awful trouble with my hormones for years, and now with diet and suppliments my cycles run beautifully and im not prepared to mess that up and make myself ill again.

My issue is my fallopian tubes arent working properly though they are open which puts me at risk of eptopic preg, and yesterday at the ivf clinic we were told there is still a risk of eptopic with ivf??? Which makes no sense to me as i was recommended ivf to bypass my tubes. We have to pay for ivf, so its very important we get the right treatment x

I understand, it’s a big decision, and sometimes you won’t know really until you go for it. I hope you get some other informative replies which might help you- good luck! Xx
