I got pregnant after a natural cycle FET. It was a lot less stressful than a fresh cycle. I was really happy with the process as I was able to get a good lining naturally, whereas when I was injecting every day my lining was very thin. My embryo was high grade though, and my little one is definitely 10/10

No I did 2 fresh cycles both ending in mmc and 2 medicated FETs both unsuccessful, trying a natural FET was basically the last thing before we gave up on IVF.

I haven't ever opted for it. However, it does seem like a good option. I would say that just be confident and hope for the best. I am sure things will go according to the plan. Consider opting for acupuncture with the process. I know for sure that it helps. Apart from that if you are visiting a good clinic then things will go according to the plan. Good luck to you.

I’ve done a bit of research into this, really depends on what your fertility issues are, & what your hormone profile is like. It’s an option I’ve decided against. My body needs the help of the stim drugs. I have low AMH with geriatric 🤪 ovaries (age 39)!

I have low amh as well but look like to strong drug or any distroy the quality of the egg. I never had in my last 3 ivf more than 2 folicules even with strong stimulation

Yes, that’s what I understand too. It’s important not to push our natural biology too far and too much stimulation will reduce quality. 2 follicles is a good outcome with a low AMH. One is the magic number. I’m 40 this year too! I’d be keen to hear what the next stage of your journey is. I’ve tried short protocol & now on long. Next step for us is donor eggs, it’s taken me a year to get my head around it but it’s our best chance of success. Currently we’ve been given 10% due to my low AMH 1.4 but with donor eggs it’d be more like 50%.

I did IVM which is where no drugs are used and the eggs are taken prematurely and cultured - is that similar?

Anyway I got a bfp first time, two envies implanted but unfortunately they were both blighted and I lost them around 6 weeks xx

The injection / drugs are expensive

I did mild ivf with some drugs one injection for first 5 or so days then two injections from then on. It was my first go and fell pregnant with my son that’s now 10 months old xx

I only got 2 follicles. One was good and other not great. And ended up having ICSI. Don’t give up hope 😘😘😘

Hi there. I have been having natural modified (low AMH, age 42 👵). I've not really been responding to the drugs. I've been with the clinic since last May, and have only got to EC once - the first cycle - with just 1egg. We were down for ICSI, but as the sample looked ok, they decided against ICSI, and then the sperm didn't penetrate. Since then, Ive had abandoned cycles due to cysts or low response. I have had a break for 3 months but my consultant is thinking of trying an all natural cycle next as he doesn't think the drugs are doing any good.
