EC update - chances looking slimmer

Hey everyone, just an update. Got a call from the embryologist who said that out of the 3 eggs that were collected yesterday, only 1 of them was mature and it failed to fertilise. Overnight the two other eggs managed to mature and they are going to try and fertilise them today. They will call me tomorrow to let me know.

There's no chance of a fresh transfer now as apparently my body will be out of sync with embryo as it's one day later in the cycle.

So basically I'm going to be waiting another day to see if either of the two eggs fertiised and whether they will they will reach day 5 blastocyst stage, otherwise they can't be frozen.

The only silver lining right now seems to be that maybe I can stop these gross pessaries.
