Cannot believe it!

I’ve not posted for a while...we have had two previous miscarriages, most recent in Dec after our round of Ivf. We are due for frozen embryo transfer in April and I’ve just done a test as was late and it’s positive!!?? What a crazy rollercoaster this is! I’m so excited but terrified we will have another miscarriage, does anybody know if the clinic will stay involved and support with treatments to help with recurrent miscarriage? Or will they dx to GP as it’s natural conception!? My mind is going crazy with questions! Thanks in advance

Exciting! Will keep everything crossed - My clinic would get involved with a natural pregnancy if it occurred whilst you were on the books so worth speaking to your clinic I think. I guess they are all different. X

Thank you, I think I will ring them and tell them anyway. At my last app we discussed using medication and extra progesterone if I were to get a Bfp again so I’m just keen to have that support so I know I’ve tried everything possible to keep the pregnancy safe. I really hope they can help x

What a wonderful news! Congratulations! 🎉🎉🎉🎉👏🏻 I think you it might be your Gp but there is no harm in contacting your clinic and ask what they can do. Take care xx

Congratulations, what a wonderful surprise!

Our clinic (private) was not overly helpful when we had a surprise natural conception between treatments. They were not willing to prescribe me more Clexane for example unless we paid for another consultation, etc. This might be different in an NHS clinic, though I think they will likely refer you either back to your GP or to a recurrent miscarriage clinic for monitoring. We were lucky to be in contact already with the local miscarriage team and they were able to have us in for early scans.

Sending best wishes for a healthy, happy pregnancy ❤

Congratulations xxxx 💜💛💚

Congratulations!! I'd see GP asap. My friend had multiple miscarriages and as soon as she was put on something as simple as baby aspirin she's now got 2 babies. Good luck for a happy healthy pregnancy xx
