Looking for advice on some medication side effects

Recently had my medication changed for my HRT symptoms, since I’ve started taking them I’ve had lots of different side effects, I haven’t been feeling that well.

I’ve had bad headaches, period cramps and some irregular bleeding, sometimes hot flushes too, just generally feeling unwell within my self.

I’ve been put on Kliofem, just wanted to know if any one else takes this medication and has had any side effects with them, and how long they lasted before settling down.
