Feelin sleepy after EC

Im on day 4 after EC and all i wanna do today is sleep. This is the 1st real day ive felt like this.. dnt get me wrong im still walking like ive been on a horse for a week. BUT all i have done 2day is get my hair cut and OMG i need to sleep

Hi Mrsplant. Can’t really see any reason for this, as any sedation you may have had would have worn off by now. Probably you may have just wound down from building up to egg collection, I don’t know. Try drinking some extra water in case your ovaries are still a bit active. Hope you feel more awake soon. Diane

Hey hun if you are on progesterone pessaries that will be the reason. A common side effect is tiredness. I known ive been on them 5 days and I am tired all the time can barely stay awake at night. Plus your body has been through alot and hormones all over the place! Rest up if you can 😊 and best of luck to you 💕xxx

Yeah i am on them 😀😀.. i can't remember them effecting me last time...but EC didnt effect me last time and this time it was a killer
