Myself and my partner have been having unprotected sex for around 4 years now ( I say this because we wasn’t actively trying for a baby but not being careful either). In January 2017 we suffered our first miscarriage at around 5 weeks, which was devastating for us! Since then we have been trying for a baby with no success currently 😞
I have only really been tracking my cycles through an app to figure out my most fertile days! Some months I gave up and thought what’s the point it’s never going to happen again for us! And others it seemed I was trying my hardest, then my period would come and I’d be devastated again! This month I have decided to try harder I have brought ovulation tests, a thermometer to track my body temp and pre seed! I have also been taking parental vitamins on and off for 2 years! Does anyone have any other advice?............

If its been so long perhaps it would be a good idea to get some initial tests done to rule out any obvious issues. Me and my partner were not the most careful for 6 years, when we decided to really go for it we presumed it must be me. But a year after that again we had some tests done and it turned out the serious issues was the sperm. Knowing this has meant changing our game plan but im glad we knew sooner rather than later.
Hi.....Friend it's been 4 yrs and every time when you get your periods I understand how it would be to you ....I would advice to consult a near by gynecologist doctor....She may give some medicines for you which will help you get pregnant soon and your dreams will come true ...
Luna I understand being scared of the results but imagine there was a simple solution. It’s not often the case but the Dr might be able to give you a quick fix to make this whole process so much quicker and easier for you. And if not then at least you know where you stand and have your options. I do think uncertainty is the hardest part of it all. Wishing you luck.
