Cervix position during early pregnancy

If my cervix has been high and soft the last couple of weeks and then today became low and quite hard, does that mean I haven't conceived? Is it possible for the cervix to be low and hard in very early pregnancy? Or does it mean AF is coming?

If it’s low af should be coming but mines always high out of reach so I don’t check my cervix.

I know that the cervix position is meant to give you a clue what’s going on with your body but tbh I’m not sure that in early pregnancy it is overly reliable. I was checking my position throughout my 2ww and it didn’t always do what it was supposed to for the part of the cycle I was in. In one cycle I had a chemical pregnancy and in the day between my positive and negative tests I noticed a massive difference in my cervix. A couple of cycles later I got another BFP and my cervix didn’t do what all the websites say it should do until several weeks into the pregnancy and it felt more like it did after my chemical pregnancy. To start with it made me panic that it was going to turn into another chemical pregnancy but it didn’t, I think it just took its time to change position. Good lick with your cycle. I hope you have conceived.
