How do you know your estrogen levels has dropped?

Hi my clinic test estrogen , LG and progesterone on day 12/13 just before lining scan then check Estrogen , progesterone and hcg in day3/6/10 after transfer. My clinic is abroad so I won’t be able to speak until tomorrow and there is no emergency number xxx

I am on estrogen patches and when my lining wasn’t thick enough at the lining check, due to the estrogen, they just increased my patches and I was fine and went ahead with transfer. I don’t think you should increase it without speaking to them though, just incase you tip the balance. Have you started progesterone? I’m sure it’s the progesterone that is most important once you start that. the lining won’t thicken up anymore after that which was what the estrogen was doing. It’s so frustrating that you can’t contact them. Could you email them and hope someone is in their email? Or leave a voicemail. You never know someone may get it and contact you if they can. Thinking of you, best of luck x

I see, sorry I thought your transfer was this wed. My clinic don’t test the hormones after transfer. I wonder why they all do it sooo differently?!? I Hope all is ok, lots of love x

Boggles my mind too. My clinic in the UK takes no blood tests during IVF or FET rounds. 🤷🏻‍♀️ i personally would prefer all the information but I suppose if it was really important they would do it... @snuggles144 perhaps it’s nothing to worry about

Thank you lovely. From my first fet I would say too much information is not helpful as it leads to this 😢. Hopefully my clinic will come back to me first thing tomorrow. I’m holding little hope. Just feel different this time to last and last we got pregnant although miscarried. Will try and keep busy today xx

Dianearnold1 dont know if you seen my post re dropping estrogen. I understand in uk this isn’t tested so does that mean it’s not that important? Spoke with my doctor today and he had increased my estrofem but did not seem too concerned. Last cycle my levels were 3700 which scared the labs this test was 770. Do you have any knowledge on this? Thank you in advance xxx ps hope you enjoyed your break xx
