Maybe pregnant....

So we start my fresh cycle last month on 27 jan . I’m on synarel spray two sniff in a morning and two in a evening. We just had a scan how is my ovaries doing and when she check the lining she said that is 7.2 ...is bit thick but not to bad . She ask if we had unprotected intercourses....well we did maybe two three times ... I should start my injections on this Thursday coming but they gonna call me 2morrow to confirm that after having my blood and pee results ...if I’m not pregnant... If will come out I’m not they may extend my sniffing spray and do another scan to see thickness of my lining... We on way home ...and I just don’t know what to think .... My last two cycles I didn’t have any problems....everything was on time and my lining thickness was good ...
