Pregnant or not?😢

Hi ladies ..! I took northisterone (only 4 tablets) for the first time last month (jan 2019).. and i got periods two days later.. i was supposed to get my periods on 5th of february but my periods havent arrived yet..! (10 days late) And this has never happened before . Not even once.. they were so regular.. there are no signs either.. took blood pregnancy test it came negative.. but i have been having all the symptoms of pregnancy.. what should i do..?😢
