5w6d pregnant, worried I don't have enough symptoms!

Hi there, my mum said that it was weird that I don't have nausea yet. I've had a little, but no actual throwing up. I don't think she is right though since I am only 5 weeks and 6 days??? I am worried that I am not having more symptoms. I am exhausted, and took two different naps yesterday, but I don't have a lot of other symptoms. Anyone else have few early symptoms in early pregnancy? I am worries that it means my pregnancy is not strong. Thanks!!!

Hi lovely, no dont panic..I only had nausea a couple of times a week and only actually vomited once! I also haven't felt that tired throughout really! I'm now 23 weeks..reduced symptoms can be normal . I'd tell you not to worry or panic but I still do nearly everyday.. just a sad side effect I think to anyone who has struggled to get their little miracle. Wishing you all the luck for a healthy rest of pregnancy xxxx

Everyone is different! I only got nausea around the 6-7 week mark and even then I wasn’t throwing up. Some people won’t have any symptoms at all (very lucky!) I know it’s an anxious time but try not to worry too much xxx

Don’t worry! Apart from being super tired I had no symptoms. I didn’t throw up once in the whole 9 months! Not everyone gets nauseous. You’re all good, enjoy not being sick ;) x

I'm 12 weeks this week and have had no symptoms, the odd tired day and very hungry. I was scanned last week and baba was measuring perfectly. I worried alot that I had no symptoms but as my husband keeps pointing out this pregnancy is different 🥰.I've had 5 miscarriages so far and had lots of symptoms with them.

Don't worry xx

Usually if you are taking Prednisolone your morning sickness will be suppressed. Remember, it’s a steroid.

Oh! That is really good to know, and interesting. Yes, I'm on prednisone so maybe that is it.

I didn’t have any nausea and I’m 17+4 now. If it does kick in for you it might be towards week 7 or later. Hopefully not at all, I hear it isn’t pleasant haha

They will come and hit hard. Enjoy this time. I was scared too. Symptoms came around 7 weeks

I am 17 weeks and had no nausea throughout and minimal other symptoms too. Please don’t worry!! They do normally start around 7-8weeks anyway but if they won’t enjoy it - there are women who simply tolerate pregnancy a lot better! I just went off some foods like meats, eggs and was a bit tired (and some headaches), but no sickness at all :)
