First injection done yesterday! 👏🏻

I started my burselin injections 2 days early, so day 19.

I got in touch with the clinic as I was concerned that I’d calculated my cycle dates incorrectly ( tmi but I get a lot of dark old blood before my period) as my period was strangely a lot shorter this month!

The nurse said it would be fine to start day 19 if that was more reassuring to me, it was!!

The injection wasn’t bad at all so don’t worry if you’re someone that’s petrified by it all.

I’m just so happy it’s finally started and now we await 7th Feb for my next scan!!

I am also writing a diary which includes pictures of our journey (the times we’ve waited in waiting rooms, hospital visits, blood tests, surgery etc). I’m hoping it will help me in times of good and bad, and to remember what a journey it is. 😊

Lovely to hear that it was straightforward. Mine start in a month for first cycle. Love the diary idea, this whole process is consuming me right now, but it won’t forever, so good to be able to look back. Best of luck xx

Best of luck! We started the Monday before and so far so good. I’ve been dreading the mood swings (my PMT is really bad) but nothing yet! Hoping everything goes well for you x
