Day 3 is stimms

Anyone else experience cramping when on stimms? Feeling really bloated but every so often I get cramps that come and go??

Absolutely I think it’s normal but just get so panicked about over stimulation that people have mentioned on here! Praying that dosent happen!! Xx

I almost got obsessed with it as well. I was overlooking at every single thing that was happening to my body hahahah. I was googling everything and lot's of people say its good to be on a high protein diet, salty foods, drink smart water just a few tips to help yoir body prevent ohss. I don't know if it's true or no but wouldn't make any harm 😍😊🤗xxxx

Don't stress too much about OHSS, chances are it won't happen, although I did get it. If it does happen, hopefully they'll be able to do a freeze all cycle and you'd recover quickly enough when your body's no longer being bombarded with hormones. I think the real problem is if you have it and get pregnant, that's when it can get serious.

Thank you so much. Im definitely not thinking about it anymore and plus if is going to happen i can't really do anything to prevent it. I promised myself i will be kind to myself through the whole thing and i won't stress too much and so far im doing quite well i think 🙊🤗 Hope is all great with you 😍😊🤗xxxx
