I’m due to have a FET done in 2 weeks. I’m currently on all of the meds, getting me ready for the big day.
Now I know your not ment to do any exercise whilst in the 2WW but I’m not sure about the run up to it. I have tried to up my exercise so I’m fitter this time round but I don’t want to jeopardise anything.
Am I ok to carry on until the transfer or should I cut it out now.

Hey hun I'm not exactly sure im due for my first FET next month, but I think it's fine. Its only while stimming during a fresh transfer that you are not to over do it as your ovaries are very swollen and there is a chance of them twisting. But I'm sure your fine before FET but hopefully some other ladies will confirm. Best of luck for your transfer 🤞🤞🤞xxx
Ive read its not great to overdo it whilst stimming, but prior to FET im sure is fine as long as youre not going crazy and putting any massive stresses on your body. So no body building competitions. Lol. Good luck x
I would say you're ok to exercise in the lead up to FET. Its only risky when stimming as you can cause damage with your ovaries being bigger than normal. Just remember to take it easy afterwards.xx
