I’m due to have a FET done in 2 weeks. I’m currently on all of the meds, getting me ready for the big day.
Now I know your not ment to do any exercise whilst in the 2WW but I’m not sure about the run up to it. I have tried to up my exercise so I’m fitter this time round but I don’t want to jeopardise anything.
Am I ok to carry on until the transfer or should I cut it out now.
