Newbie. Starting bemfola

Hiya I'm starting my injections tomorrow (bemfola and hopefully egg collection week 21st). Stupid question I'm a shift worker and just wondering do you have to take them at the same time every day? And did anyone have any side effect

Hello! If you're unsure about the timings for your meds and don't have a detailed schedule I'd give your clinic a quick call, they'll be happy to advise. As a general rule, most of the injections have to be taken at the same time each day but everyone is different with their own protocol so always worth checking.

Thanks kw83 I work 12hr shifts and it's a mix of either days or nights. I was nights last night and days tomorrow so if I start it on a morning before work it would be 5 or 6 am but if I got in from a night shift it would be about 8:30. Was just wondering if there was any shift workers out there that had similar experience.

I’m on day one of stims (bemfola & Menopur) and I’ve been advised to take them same time each day. Best of luck to you! Xx

Hiya jengi. How are you feeling? I feel like it's the night before Christmas at the minute and we haven't started and still got quite a bit to go.

If bemfola wasn't a fridge drug I would take it to work with me and do it there (I'm a nurse) and just set a reminder on my phone.

I was told to take them same time every day. I didn't have any side effects from bemfola,was still a bit tired on them, but think that was caused by synarel. Good luck with ur cycle xox
