I'm new on here I'm going for my first ivf appointment on the 21st of this month and I'm excited but scared too!
Few years back I started having pain after sex and found out I had big cysts and was Endometriosis and had 2 surgeries but scar tissue has blocked my tubes and one is stuck to my pelvic wall I've been tested 4 years ago and have high levels of every thing and my partner has super sperm lol as he puts it lol π
I'm going to be a egg donor to help someone else at same time and want two eggs to be put back in so got a higher chance of one sticking I'm 32 at moment and losing weight and going gym but I'm worried it won't work it's making me feel very anxious
I do have a 14 year old boy I had at 18 so have carried before
Anyone in same boat as me??

Thank you had tough 4 years but decided we need to try ivf as was bit over weight and lost over a stone so thought timing was right and eating healthy, but do wish it wasn't so expensive but will be worth it x
My wife and I privately paid for IUI 4 years ago (been fighting our fertility department for almost 7 years now) and after it failed they finally agreed to do investigation. My wife was found to have an ovulation issue and the local CCG agreed to fund 3 IVF cycles after she lost 5 stone, which she did.
Our first one ended in MC and our second has just come back with a BFP so my wife is officially 4 weeks+1 day however she has low progesterone and spotting so we are being cautious ATM.
It's hard and expensive but worth it regardless. X
