Not had many symptoms, but trying my best not to think about it on patches this time which also have made a huge difference so bloating only started yesterday which I'm guessing is because all the build up of hormones I now have. Feel much more realaxed than my other 1failed fresh and failed FET, having had accupuncture this time.
I regularly go to the gym, do body pump, cx works, hiit, general gym stuff and due to Christmas too I only did a balance session day before transfer. Now I'm 4dp what could I go back too for sanity? I also do a breathing technique called hypopressives which I stopped doing after transfer, if anyone knows about that when can I start doing that again?

I got told no high impact exercise in the 2ww such as jogging, running, step, aerobics etc....light to moderate walking is ok, I have no idea about the breathing though. Best of luck with the 2ww, its hard to keep your mind off things. The bloating I found was due to the progesterone.xx
Since my last failed FET I changed my diet and found out I had a mild intolerance to wheat so haven't had bloating in such a long a time (it gets painful too+ progynova felt like a 🐋) had to find the peppermint tea in the back of the cupboard! I think you are right it's the progesterone build up 😩😬
Definitely nothing high impact you just want to use this time wisely meet up with friends go for dog walks or walks! Swimming is good! No gym for a while hun it’s not worth taking the risk. I’m a personal trainer I wouldn’t recommend it to my clients. I hope everything works well for you! Another thing to try if you want to keep busy is spring cleaning /de clutter keeps the mind busy!
Dr. told me not to do anything that would divert bloodflow from the uterus, so nothing that will get you red in the face and out of breath. He woudn't let me do Pilates either as activating the core muscles might 'disturb' the uterus. It drives you mad but better safe than sorry. Happily, we were successful and he told me to take it easy during the first trimester too, but I haven't even had the energy to go to the gym, I've just been sleeping all the time!!
Best of luck, I hope the rest of the wait flies by for you and ends in good news
Dr told me no physical activity whatsoever until viability scan (~6 weeks), only slow, relaxed walking, and for never more than 30 minutes. If I need/want to walk more, I need to take a 15 minutes rest break between two 30 minutes walking sessions.
Same here! Also in 2ww and also really wanting to jog or work out. I asked my specialist whether it would be ok to do some basic yoga and or light aerobic exercise (besides walking) and he said that was fine, just not to overdo it. Personally, I think we shouldn’t make too many changes to our lifestyle during the 2ww. Fingers crossed 🤞 for you!
Thank you lovely ladies, well I cancelled my cx worx class and took the dog out for a brisk 45 minute walk. At least the dog will be fit within a week she's only a little thing and gets big walks on weekends and enjoys her 20 mins every day around the block. Roll on the next 7 days, good luck to you all too XXX
