In need of a black donor please

Hi, I have had 5 failed attempts with a mix race donor and in need of a black donor. I am staying strong because I believe however, I desperately need help. Also, does anyone know any good clinic with great success rates for women with multiple fibroids using donor eggs please? Thanks

You could try egg donor (frozen) imports from the USA, they have much more diverse donors than here in the UK. For me, we needed a black or mixed race egg donor and its hard over here in the UK. The trouble is most donor clinics use either local donors here in the UK (where the vast majority are white) or use import eggs from abroad (which are mostly white) So its harder for us.

We found a clinic in London that had decent results and could use an egg imported from abroad , that complied with UK regulations. A quick google search will show you lots of egg donor clinics in the USA that export to the UK, but the export MUST be to a IVF clinic.

As for your fibroids, have you heard of Myomectomy? Where the fibroids are cleared before a pregnancy attempt. If you're going to go through the expense of donor cycle, it may be worth checking if the NHS will help you with this, strictly speaking its not fertility treatment , so like everything nowadays , its a postcode lottery if the nhs will help.

Being a black woman with fertility issues is very isolating, its isolating for any woman, but especially in finding donors.
