Hi ladies so I’m 6 weeks pregnant now and just wondered if any of you have had a 6-7 week scan? I am due 8 week scan on 15th jan with my clinic but want to double check everything okay before hand! I keep checking hcg weekly with digital clear blue test but now I have reached 3+ I can’t check my hcg levels anymore . Xx

I had a 6+3 and a 6+6 but this time they’re making me wait until 7+5 because of the Christmas holidays xx

I had a private one at 6 weeks but they did warn me I may not see anything as it was so early, but we did see fetal pole, sac & heartbeat x

I had an early scan at 7 weeks and 2 days. I think all ivf clinics do an early scan to check the pregnancy is viable and growing where it should be. And to just check all is ok. We see a clear heartbeat on our scan. Congratulations and good luck xx

Our Dr had us in at 6w2d and we saw a 7mm blob and picked up a heartbeat, although he wasn't sure we would be able to see anything. Had another one at 8w2d and the blob had tripled in size and could kind of make out a head and a body!! It's a big reassurance to see the heartbeat but if you go too early and don't manage to see anything it would stress you out unnecessarily xxx

I’m in the same situation as you, waiting for my scan on the 2nd Jan. I feel so anxious waiting - I will be just over 7 weeks by then. I did have a scan at the early pregnancy unit at my local maternity hospital at 5 weeks due to the fact that I’ve had lots of bleeding since my OTD but it was too early to hear the heartbeat. I now regret going to the early pregnancy unit as I’m now anxious to hear the heartbeat. Good luck with your wait x

I had a scan at 6+4 and saw a heartbeat x

I had a scan at 6+3 due to bleeding and saw a heartbeat but think there can be a risk of not seeing one that early x

I had a 7 week scan many moons ago due to early bleeding everything was fine.

It’s an internal scan but nothing to worry about Good luck 🤞🏻
