A post to give a bit of hope !

Just thought i would share my news to you and hopefully give a bit of hope that no matter how tough it gets (and we all know how tough it can be) please do not give up. 11 years we have been struggling to conceive and after 4 rounds of fertility treatment we finally welcomed out beautiful baby girl into the world weighing 9lb 4oz. She is a absolute picture of perfection and we can't believe that she is ours and we have finally got our dream of becoming parents. Labour was the hardest and most worry thing in have ever done (she gave us a scare) but she is thriving now. Just want to say thank you to everybody on this site because it has been my life line many of times and you guys picked me up when i was down, so grateful. Hoping your dreams come true very soon for you all 💖😘 lots of love Xx

Thank you for your support Diane. Yes she's a bonny girl, induced me 2 weeks early due to her size. 4 days induction took then 18hrs in labour but worth every bit of it. She's 3 weeks old now I'm recovering well 😀 x

Congrats, lovely positive news. It's so tough but news like this keeps us all going. If you don't mind can I ask who suggested attempting IUI after failed IVF? we have just failed our 3rd fresh attempt and have 2 IVF MC's under our belt too so kind of knocking the stuffing out of us xx

When we went private our doctor at consultation said to give it a go, we had nothing to lose so we did. 1st round was a fail and I overstimulated (for iui) so had to have a reduction and second one went much smoother, and it obviously worked 😀 my body seemed to react better to a lower dose of medication Xx
