Letrozole after failed ivf?

Hey all, just lost my last 2 embryos in our final ivf round. Now have to start from scratch. Doctor mentioned just trying a round of letrozole to ovulate and have times intercourse since we can’t afford a whole new ivf right now. Anyone have luck with this medication? I have pcos and don’t ovulate on my own.

Hi, I haven't used Letrozole, but just wanted to say sorry about your last ivf cycle, it's just so difficult and unfair, I hope u have success with Letrozole xox

I’ve used letrozole twice lately, first time chemical pregnancy, second time miscarriage. I’m taking this as a positive though as I’ve ovulated both times. Consultant allowing me to have a few more attempts with it xx

So sorry to hear about your losses Steph. Great to hear it’s getting you to ovulate though!
