Finally I have got my bfp. I just wanted to share my story as reading these posts always gave me hope and kept me going. I am 28 years old and have pcos, endometriosis and elevated natural killer cells. My husband has antisperm antibodies. This year we had one cancelled cycle, 2 failed fresh cycles and finally had our bfp on our 3rd transfer on the 7th of this month. It always helped me cope by being proactive about learning about our conditions and what we could do. We didn’t always have a great experience with our clinic and often felt in the dark but guided our treatment to get to where we are now.
I started a gluten free diet for the natural killer cells and have had an endo scratch, intrallipids and steroid treatment. I also made sure that I exercised each day to keep my heart rate up and take metformin for my pcos. I am also on baby aspirin.
IVF is so such an amazing thing and miracles do come true, although it also causes so much heart break. All I would say is we are all so very strong and there is power within us that we don’t realise we have. Wishing everyone lots and lots of love and luck in their journeys and I hope my story helps anyone with similar conditions.
Can’t believe it is finally me ❤️

Hi Kepn. Fabulous new, congratulations! Hope all continues to go well for you after such a topsy turvy journey! Time to book your scan and get to meet your little person. Much love. Diane xx
I read your post and was surprised by the parallels. I have similarly not had the best experience with the clinics we have been treated under, and most of our discoveries have been from our own research and investigation. I have also been diagnosed with endometriosis, PCO and rather than NKCs I have Antinuclear Antibodies.
I just wanted to ask you why you switched to a gluten free diet, as I wondered whether it was something I should be considering. Also, what was the significance of daily exercise and keeping your heart rate up (as opposed to exercising 2/3 times a week)?
I read about natural killer cells in the zita west ivf diet and had been advised consultants previously about exercise each day but this only needs to be a 20 minute walk. Hang in there, it can be a real fight but the reward will be worth it and o would do it all again. Wishing you lots of luck with your journey xx
