Hello ladies

I was just wondering if anyones digestive system is like mine....well my digestive system is very fast like if i have lunch or dinner after about 5-10 min i need to rush to the toilet straight away and thats my everyday thing so i was wondering if that is okay or is there a problem because before my laproscopy it was like this and its the same after my laproscopy aswell

I heard someone saying that its not good so i thought i should take some advice from you lovely ladies.....thank u xx

Hi love. You probably don't need to worry unless your poo is abnormal (sorry!) You have a natural reflex that causes your bowel to increase its activity after eating - basically making space for the next batch to come through! That reflex is more active for some people than others, so it's probably just that yours is very efficient. Ask your GP if you're concerned but unless you have unusual pain, blood in your poo or abnormal poo all the time it's probably just that your diet is good and your system is good at its job!

As Kw83 then it sounds like you system is super efficient. If your weight is healthy & consistent and you feel well (nutrients absorbing etc) you are probably okay. But do speak to your GP if there are any other symptoms! Maybe make a note if there are particular foods that trigger you more if you are worried ... So you can avoid them if necessary at certain times

Well reguarding my weight i'm finding it very hard to gain weight easily since i got married but my gynea said my weight is not problem its fine but still its different from before its so hard to gain weight
