Delayed AF

Hi I know some of you ladies have been using DHEA and Ubiquinol just wondering if your af was delayed? My Ovulation was delayed by 2 days therefore presuming my af would be delayed by 2 day too its not here today tested this morning and was negative. I will test tomorrow if af still not arrived I'm just hoping I haven't messed my cycle up using these supplements I haven't had any major side effects just a little oily face on ovulation day but settled after. It is my first full cycle after mc so could maybe be that too tho after my first one my af were on time.

I think if I remember right that mines stretched out to a 32 day cycle from a 28/29 cycle so hopefully its just around the corner!xx

Oh ok thats good phew was panicking, thanks for replying. Did you see any improvement using?

My embryos fared much better after taking it but sadly didnt get a BFP....but the fact that we got a few to day 5 was much better! Good luck.xx

I took it last month & it didn’t delay my period last month. I don’t know when/if I ovulated as I didn’t detect my Lh surge. I haven’t taken it this month as I started clomid.

If your period isn’t here by 16 days post ovulation then there is a strong possibility that you are pregnant & I would test again. Especially if your cycles are normally regular!

The whole time AF isn’t here you can have hope.

I didn’t test last year till I was 17 days post Lh surge, even then it only showed as 1-2 weeks pregnant. Sadly it was a chemical pregnancy. Good luck xoxo

Sorry to hear that, My last 2 pregnancies I mc at 12+3 &13w I know dhea is suppose to be taken for 3 mths before so if AF comes for the next few mth hopefully my eggs might have a chance.

So I now have a 28 day cycle from coming off bc last may gone from 23 to 25 until now im 28 AF came this morning feeling hormonal then my midwife rang to make an appointment I would have been 21 wks she didnt know I had mc again so I cried at work in the toilets Blahhhh so sick of being emotional wish I could switch it off!!

It works with ubiquinol or coq10 like a battery source can find it in kiwi papayas other foods
