bleeding after laproscopy

Hi

i had a laproscopy to remove a cyst on my ovary,at the beginning of october cd 17 ,the next day i started bleeding it was medium flow and lasted 6 days.I'm not sure whether to class that as my period.I havent had a period since the bleed after my laproscopy. does anyone know if bleeding after laproscopy normal? I will be glad for some advice.

Hiya, I have had a couple of laparoscopies and I have always bled after, but not a lot and only for like a day but everyone is different. I think it’s normal to bleed after surgery like that, your body might just be readjusting xx

I had a small bleed following my lap. I didn’t class this as a period, i think my cycle remained as normal. I’d contact GP/clinic if you are worried xx
