Ovarian pain

Dear ladies,

I'm starting my second ivf cycle in UCLH hospital for the first time. I'm on injections ( menopur) day 8, I'm experiencing ovaries pain after my second scan this afternoon. Any one had the same ?

I had the same. Esp after the scans. It does settle. The last few days of stims the ovary pain really hit me tho. But a hot water bottle and some paracetamol helped ease that. xx

I had Menopur in February and from day 8 or 9 I did feel my ovaries more but it was more cramping and not a pain.

I drank lots and lots of water and used a hot water bottle.

If you have concerns though, call your clinic and they will advise.

Thanks a lot genten for your reply because on my cycle I didn't have any pain or cramping that's why I seem worried, I'm going to try the hot water bottle. XXX

Aww I understand.

Yes, try the hot water bottle and if it gets worse then don't hesitate to call the clinic. Xx
