I’m about 4.5 weeks and this morning I felt dizzy when I woke up and I’ve been having shooting pains around my left ovary.
I know that pain can be common but just a bit panicked about the dizziness as I saw that ovarian pain and dizziness are symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy.
Spoke to the nurse and she reassured me a bit as there’s no bleeding and I’m eating and drinking fine. And she asked if the pain was moving towards my back which isn’t
I’m still worried though! Hence why I’m on here wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar.

I don’t know lovely but if your stressing it’s not good. I would pop and get it checked. Being dizzy could just be changing hormones maybe. Hope everything is good xx
Hi Hun, I'm currently 9 weeks pregnant & had occasional dizziness even before my BFP until around 6 weeks. I also have some sharp ovarian pain especially when I've been sitting down & get up. Mine is due to some ovarian cysts that have appeared since my IVF which showed up at my viability scan xx

Thanks so much for your reply.I’ve done some googling and I heard about cysts - sort of hoping that that’s what I have.
What did they say about your cysts? Is it a worry or do they just go away ?

At the EPU the nurse said its fairly common for some women to develop ovarian cysts & they would keep an eye on them. I think she also said many of the cysts do go on their own. I'm having another scan on Monday so will ask them & get back to you xx
Hi Loudles, I’m at 8 weeks and still get that randomly. If it’s consistent maybe get it checked out. Dizziness is normal because of the increased blood flow. I just spoke to my obgyn about both issues thurs and he said it was common and to just take it easy and cognizance of room temperature xx
Thanks for your message, I’m keeping everything crossed!
My stabbing pains have gone today but I’ve started experiencing some spotting now which is brown in colour . Hoping it’s just implantation bleeding
