Oooh, that was a really interesting read! My OH has slightly reduced motility & all my tests came back as "normal" yet I am diagnosed as having "unexplained infertility" Would be interesting if one day all NHS referred patients suffering infertility were put on a specific to that person dietary plan for say 3-6 months to see if that would change anything before a woman having to put herself through the gruelling IVF drugs
