Hi so we r on the waiting list for icsi I phoned the hospital last week and was told I should have my offer letter within 4 weeks can anyone tell me what happens once I receive this? I’m getting very anxious now TIA

The process will be slightly different depending on which tests your GP has already done, whether any new ones need to be done and depending on your diagnosis. For example you might need to get am up to date smear test and some other tests done before you actually see a consultant.

I’ve had all this done, this will be the start of my treatment x

You'll have a 'paper work' appointment where you discuss various consent forms you need to sign before you can proceed. If you go on the HFEA website and have a look at the various consent forms on there then you should be prepared. Best of luck x

Hey, I think all clinics are different. But if you’ve done all your paperwork, they may get you in for your coordination appointment where there’ll go through your protocol and meds with you.
