Cysts!

There are cysts on both ovaries and so we can’t start this cycle and have to wait until next cycle. Beyond frustrating! But the one thing I’ve learned on this journey is that I need to just take one day at a time. Anyone else have cysts? Anything I should, should not do?

What kind of cysts?? I had an endometrioma and my cycle still went ahead? Are you on meds to stop them growing?

The consultant described them as physical cysts due to hormonal changes. Possibly side effect of injections I took last month but then had to abandon after 5 days as wasn’t responding and there were no follicles growing. They should disappear by next cycle hopefully. Is yours gone now?

Mine is an endometrioma and they dont just disappear so un waiting for an op to get it removed. However my ivf cycle did make them worse 😬

I’ve had cysts which were the leftover follicle(s) from the previous cycle and they did go by the next cycle. We stared the cycle once, and all that happened is the drugs grew the cyst, so it really is necessary to wait, as frustrating as it is.
