Non obstructive Azoospermia SURGEY/IVF/MICRO TEASSE

Has anyone here had a husband with non obstructive Azoospermia , followed by a micro teasse , then gone onto having husbands sperm for successful IVF ?...

my fertility is normal apart from low progesterone...??

My husbands surgery is tomorrow and we get the results next week which will tell us if we can start ivf immediately with his sperm or have to begin the donor sperm route which will take another few months 🙁 our fingers and toes are crossed for successful results!

Some positive stories would be much appreciated at the minute xx

Any advice welcome xxxxxx

No success story for us with the sperm retrieval but there are lots and lots of success stories on here so please don’t give up hope!

I think it depends on the reason for the azoospermia. Has he had genetic tests etc.

Good luck for tomorrow, they were able to tell us early results on the day so hopefully you don’t have to wait for a long time either 🤞 xx

Hey lovely

My partner has azoospermia which we think is caused by a long standing issue with one of his tubes. We had a successful retrieval May 17, I started ICSI in June 17 and I'm currently 23weeks pregnant from a FET. Wishing you so much luck xx

Hi. Evedry sperm retrieval is so different. In most cases they can find enough to use in ICSI. Just got to keep everything crossed for tomorrow, and there are some decent sperm to store frozen until ready for use. I shall be thinking of you. Diane

Hey lovely, my OH was diagnosed with azoospermia after he was diagnosed & treated for testicular cancer.

It was 50/50 whether they would find any sperm, but they did! 😊👍🏼 we are currently gearing up for ET next wed with our FET (following out fresh cycle which ended with a BFN).

They managed to extract enough sperm for 3 rounds of ICSI.

I know how scary the unknown is, but I’ll keep everything crossed for you! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

Sending you loads of luck, love & positive vibes 💕 xxxxx
