Even though I am still feeling really really sick I’m glad to say the sickness is a tummy bug, which has kind of been confirmed by the fact my OH now has it! I haven’t had a full on vomiting/poorly downstairs situation for about 10 years and can’t believe how poorly it’s made me feel. Just really con-incidental it started the night of my first Menopur injections!!! In one way I’m relieved as I just couldn’t see how I was going to get through 12 days of feeling that poorly, but on the other hand I’m a bit concerned as this isn’t the best way to start stimming as for days all I’ve been able to eat is toast and drink milk, not exactly the high protein diet they tell us to have, so I’m just concerned it’s going to impact egg quality ☹️ I also took your ladies advice and took my first sick day in nearly 5 years and I have to say I could not be more relieved to be sitting on the sofa today surrounded by my fur babies x x x

Sorry to hear you’ve got a bug - they can really knock you out. Make sure you have lots of nice gentle food options for when you can stomach it - chicken and veg broth, scrambled eggs etc. Might also be worth calling your clinic to see if they have any advice.
Oh no. Nothing worse than a stomach bug but you did the right thing calling in sick and resting.
I hope it passes soon (and I always eat dry cereal- like Cheerios-if I can’t stomach anything else)
Hope you feel better soon 🤞 x
Hope you’re feeling better soon. I’ve always suffered from stomach bugs, especially when I was younger, awful things. Get plenty of rest and fluids xx
Thanks ladies I’m drinking lots of water but really struggling to face eat anything at all ☹️ x x
You poor thing. I wouldn’t worry about your diet, you can’t do anything about it right now, just try to keep some food down and rest up x
