Looking for some reassurance this is normal, I'm 11 weeks pregnant and had a headache for 5 days now.
Anyone had this? Feel like crap

Hello have you rang your midwife for advice? they may want to just check your blood pressure.
But I did start suffering with awful migraines when 12 weeks so I had my eyes tested and needed glasses. I also upped my water intake xx hope it goes soon
I had this problem at 8 weeks pregnant & just couldn't shift it. Mine eased off again after about a week. Fingers crossed you don't have to suffer too long... It was awful x
Hi I’m 11 weeks and have really bad headaches I have started to drink more water does seem to hekp
I had this with both my pregnancies unfortunately. It was very painful. I put it down to hormones and tiredness. Would mention it to your dr/midwife and get blood pressure tested to be on safe side though. Agree with Strong-girl who said about drinking more. Also rest plenty when you can. Hope you get better soon. Take care. Xo
Had constant headaches from week 8 to week 19. Turned out they were caused by stress at work even though I had them at weekends (they disappeared when my boss took a week off!) I had never suffered with symptoms of stress before but our bodies are far more sensitive when pregnant so a little dehydration, a little stress, etc, will manifest in symptoms when it wouldn't before. Trial more water, or look for triggers such as stress, even if you don't think you have been stressed. Mention to your midwife so they can keep an eye on your blood pressure. But you only need to be worried there if the headaches are worse when you wake up, not if they get worse during the day. X
I had the same thing and upped my water intake which helped but they just eased off after a week or two.xx
Thanks for the replies, reassuring to know it's not just me.
I've got my scan on Thursday so will talk to midwife then about it. It's probably hormones and stress as I'm pretty anxious about the scan.
In the meantime I've just come home sick from work and think I'll take a couple of days off sick until the scan. And of course drink lots x
