So only a few hours to go and he will have made it to 24hours ... he’s doing as well as they could hope for... just watching for bleeding on the brain and possible brain damage due to being so premature and difficult labour but at the moment dare I say it it’s OK

I know a couple who’s baby was born at 27 weeks had to stay in hospital for a few months but is perfect now

Glad he is still fighting. It ‘s amazing to see how strong they are. No, my daughter was five years ago, but I remember it vividly. She wasn’t prem but was poorly when she was born. I also remember how calm everything was and thinking how surreal it all was. I hope you have got lots of people looking after you and that you managing to get some rest and eat. Take good care xxx
