I’m really struggling to relax at the minute and sleep which is making me worry about my embryos implanting. I wish I could just sleep when I go to bed, but It’s something I have no control over! I had IVF 10 years ago when I was 23 and 2 failed embryo transfers, so I’m worrying it will be the same again 😔. Does anyone have any tips on how to relax during the 2ww? Xx

I went for reflexology yesterday and it really helped chill me out switching off and relaxing for an hour. I’m 3dp5dt and freaking out as I have no symptoms from 2 embryos, not even progesterone ones. Xx
I’ve never tried reflexology but I’ve heard it can help. It’s so hard not to freak out and the wait is like torture! I’ve had 2 embryos put back aswell. Is this your first attempt? I really hope yours take 🤞 Xx
It’s my second transfer but my first one didn’t really count... 2 really poor day 3s last time that they didn’t expect to work but it was my last nhs round so they put them in anyway.
This time it was two poor quality hatching blasts... hard to stay positive!
They do say that even poor quality embryos can go onto have a positive result though. It’s so hard to stay positive isn’t it. I have everything crossed for you.
Yes this is my first transfer with this course and I was told my 5 day blastys were excellent quality, but the couple I had years ago were aswell and they didn’t take. I’ve also had a couple of miscarriages and 3 ectopics, so I’m paranoid that will happen again if I am successful xx
I had accupunture which helped and I use Bach flower night remedy (which is save for pregnant ladies) to help me sleep. You're not alone in feeling stressed and anxious, it's a worrying time, fingers crossed for you xxx
Thank you 🤞. I’ve never heard of Bach flower but I’m willing to try anything. My sleeping pattern is horrendous which makes everything seem worse when your tired xx
