10dp3dt..Shall I test?

Hi all, tomorrow is my 10dp3dt and I am dying to test and also scared. My husband wants to wait till Friday..OTD, which is a long wait.

This is my 4th round that I made it to transfer out of 10+ ICSI trials. Doctors say that I should stop trying with my own eggs cause of age 43 yo and DOR, so this should be our last chance, since we are not looking into donor egg.

Can you advise if I should test tomorrow?

Personally I wouldn’t.. I never have tested before otd in 4 transfers. (That’s not to say I’m never tempted). There’s a reason they give us an otd.. But of course it’s entirely up to you. Good luck whatever you decide.. xx

Thanks for your reply❤️..this is the wise thing to do. Need to keep my sanity. I always tested earlier than OTD on my previous cycles and were always bfn

I agree that it is too soon. My clinic didn’t get me to test until 13 days after a 5 day transfer.

Hi there, on both my attempts I’ve tested early!! If you can stay strong and hold out until test day, that’s the ideal thing to do as it’s accurate.

Don’t dont, I did and got a bfn and it just made it worse! It’s my OTD tomorrow xx
