So I had my lap and dye yesterday and was told I have stage 2 endo and "lazy" tubes. The consultant said as she had removed some of the endo and flushed the tubes there is a chance of natural conception but high risk of ectopic. She has said she will start the IVF paperwork and that will happen quickly but I can try naturally in the mean time.

I have also been diagnosed with low AMH (4.5 pmol) and I'm 29.

Not sure what to do as although my chances of natural conception is now increased not sure I could take the heartache of an ectopic...

Anyone else been in a similar situation?

I have had two ectopic pregnancies and now no fallopian tubes. An ectopic pregnancy is awful and potentially quite dangerous. If you are high risk I would try and avoid trying to conceive naturally if you are going to give IVF a go but you need to decide what you think is right for you xx
