Hi All. I started down reg 6 days ago and no symptoms until I woke up this morning with such a dry mouth and really thirsty. I've already had 3L of water today and still feel so dry (I usually only manage about 1.5 L a day. Anyone else like this? Also be interested to hear from anyone else attending Newcastle C4L!
