I was advised to take zinc (v important in Fertility of both men and women) and I used to suffer from allergies and was also given magnesium and vitamin d, when I got my bfp I reduced to 500 vit D instead of 1000 and continued with my zinc and magnesium, folic acid and probiotic powder. Make sure vitamin sources are chemical free and easily absorbed (unlike a lot of them stocked in Boots etc) x
