Hi I am on my day 6 after 2 embryo transfer 5d (blastocyst) I had diarrhea early this morning with pain... it’s a bad sign? Does any one that get positive had diarrhea too? Please let me know

The levels of progesterone you’re on can mess with your digestive system badly. On my first round around 3-4 days after transfer I had really sharp intense pain followed by a very messy trip to the toilet. I got a BFP from that round so it can happen. Good luck!
