Hi all I don’t know if this is a silly question or not... I start my injections tonight and I’ve reakky got into hula hooping to keep fit, will it hurt to keep doing this? Thanks for reading!

I was told not to do any thing that makes you sweat or out of breath until my bleed after egg collection. I am doing a fet and only just gone back to exercise a week after my bleed. You could twist your ovaries especially as the follicles grow.

Stick to walking and yoga. Best of luck x

Agree with above, you definitely don’t want to risk ovarian torsion!

I felt ok for the first few days, after that i started to feel ovaries swelling and didn’t want to do anything
