3dp5dt any one else starting the dreaded 2 week wait?

Hi all I'm 31 and I'm on m 2nd round of Ivf 1st treatment Jan this year sadly no eggs fertilised. Classed unexplained fertility. Eggs and sperm all looked good.

This time round we have used icsi and we had 5 fertilise although only 1 Little emby made it all the way.

They told us or blastocyst was hatching any one know if this is a good thing?

Only 3 days in and I'm still cramping alot but not sure if this is still pain leftover from collection or side effects of crinone gel.

Anyone else had a similar experience?

Congratulations on being PUPO!! Hatching is good! The blastocyst has to hatch out of its shell to be able to implant into the endometrium, and some clinics offer ‘assisted hatching’ if the blast isn’t already doing so, to increase the chance of implantation! 😊

Hope the 2ww doesn’t drag too much for you. Try not to think too much into symptoms or you’ll drive yourself mad!! J x

I started the dreaded 2WW today from my 2nd round, 1st FET... I’ve been cramping for a few days so am thinking (hoping 🤞🏻) it’s the progesterone...

Wishing you lots of luck for the long wait ahead! 🍀 xxxx

Oh good luck jen . The progesterone is a killer . Last cycle I was only on it for 2 days so didn't get to experience just how delightful it is.

Sending lots of baby dust to you.xx

I'm testing Thursday also . It feels like forever and every bit of pain I fear the worst. It's going to be a painful week to wait but I'm hoping my lil bean had made itself at home.

I'm hoping we both get that bfp Thursday!!
