Medical notes

Hi all the lovely ladies, I have just done my second nhs ivf cycle last month which failed. I want to move to another clinic but this time it will be private. Can I request for my medical notes from the previous clinic that I have done my nhs cycle with, so I can take it to the other clinic?

Yes you can hun.... they will charge you something like £15-25 or something to have a copy of all your notes xx

I did this recently. There was form and few to be paid. Didn't take long to come through either x

From 25th may 2018 under new GDPR legislation they should no longer be able to charge for access to medical records as a subject access request. gdpr.report/news/2017/11/15...
