It’s all over

Had our 7 week scan today and there was just empty sacs. I am so heartbroken and don’t even know how to carry on. I was so hopeful after getting a positive test that this time round was different. We had 3 sacs and all of them were empty. Not sure where to go from here or what to do, I can’t even function

Oh my love I’m so sorry. You must be completely heartbroken.

I had a loss at 4.5 weeks last year and it was so devastating.

It’s early days don’t expect too much from yourself. Grieve as much as you need to. I promise this will feel better in time ( it doesn’t feel like that now I know)

Give yourselves time and right now you don’t have to make any hard or fast decisions.
