Hi all, after my first unsuccessful ivf cycle in December last year, we are about to go for a 2nd attempt in September (would be earlier but husband been in and out of hospital). I wanted some advice about pre-cycle prep that people have done e.g. vitamin supplements, level of exercise, food choices or any other tips you can give me? I feel like last time I was so stressed with work and we were trying to squeeze the cycle in before hubby went into hospital for major surgery that this time I will be taking time off and focusing on me! Any other advice gratefully received x

About to start again
I’ve been thinking about this a lot of late... during my cycle last year I was quite calm, weighed about the same, taking folic acid and took 3 weeks off work! This time has been mental... I had blood tests before we started which concluded a severe low level of vitamin D so have been on extra supplements since; I’ve just finished work for two weeks, so I’ll go back before I’ve tested... mum-in-law is ill, and I’m shortly off to casualty to triple check I’ve not broken my ankle. 😂 but... I have eaten healthy. My body feels better and despite everything my lining was measuring 10mm at last scan and I’m sure that this is better than last time. I’m never sure what the best conditions are anymore! But lots of luck for your cycle and hope that it goes smoothly x
